Pack&Store works best for freshmen, since their Fall housing is guaranteed. However, Pack&Store will return to your campus the week dorms open for the Fall semester. If you find out over the Summer that you did NOT receive on-campus housing, we can deliver your items to campus, but you must arrange pick up directly with our moving partner The Right Move Solutions. 

Please consider this before booking with Pack&Store.

We will be in touch over the Summer to finalize your Order Drop-Off arrangements.

If you are an athlete or participating in a summer program, remember that Pack&Store will return to your campus the week dorms open for the Fall semester. 

If you need your order before then, you will be charged a $175 Convenience Fee and must arrange pick-up directly with our moving partner. Please consider this before booking with Pack&Store. Review all Pack&Store Terms & Conditions and FAQs for details.

To initiate an Early Drop-Off complete the following steps:

1. Pay the $175 Convenience Fee
2. Send an email to makia@packandstoresummerstorage.com 
3. Contact The Right Move Solutions to arrange pick-up.

• Assess items by categories: Clothes, books, electronics, kitchenware, bedding, and personal items. 
• Make a list of larger items: Consider the size and type of furniture that might need to be packed, such as a Microwave or a Mini-Fridge - these will count as the Additional Items included in your package.

• Small boxes (17" x 11" x 11"): For books, shoes, and heavy items. 
• Medium boxes (21" x 15" x 16"): For kitchenware, electronics, and small appliances. 
• Large boxes (27" x 15" x 16"): For clothes, bedding, and bulkier items.

• Clothes: Depending on the amount, you might need 2-4 medium boxes. If you have seasonal clothing, consider packing away out-of-season items to save space. As often as possible, Pack&Store recommends using suitcases/duffle bags to pack clothes.
• Books: For textbooks or novels, estimate 1-2 small boxes.
• Electronics: Laptops, chargers, and other devices might fit into 1 medium box. 
• Bedding: 1-2 large boxes should be sufficient for sheets, towels, pillows, and blankets.
• Kitchenware: Plates, cups, and utensils can be packed in 1-2 medium boxes. Mini-fridges and microwaves do not need to be boxed and can be counted as one of the "Additional Items" included in your package.

• Suitcases/Duffle Bags: These can help reduce the number of boxes you need. Pack your clothes and shoes into rolling luggage or duffel bags and are counted as one of the "Additional Items" included in your package.
• Storage bins: Clear bins are great for storing non-fragile items like toiletries, food, or extra school supplies. These can double as organization for your room once unpacked and be counted as one of the "Additional Items" included in your package.

As you pack, you will get a better sense of how much space things take up and can adjust accordingly. 

Package #1 = 1 Small Box, 1 Medium Box, 1 Large Box & Two Small and/or Medium Items) Total = $290 (excluding Fees & Tax)

• Bedding, Lamp, TV: 1 Large Box (DO NOT PACK TV WITH HEAVY OBJECTS)
• Kitchenware, Personal Items: 1 Medium Box
• Mini-Fridge: +1 Small Item ($25) 

Example #3 Total = $325 (excluding Fees & Tax)

• Clothes, Shoes: 1 Medium Box, 1 Duffle Bag 
• Books, Small Electronics: 1 Small Box
• Bedding, TV, Lamp: 1 Large Box
• Floor Lamp, Broom, Mop Bundle: Additional Item (Included in Package)
• Additional Clothes, Shoes: +1 Medium Box (+$35)

Package #2 = 1 Small Box, 2 Medium Boxes, 2 Large Boxes & 3 Small and/or Medium Items) Total = $345 (excluding Fees & Tax)
