How It Works

Pack&Store has two confirmed pickup days for Howard University Spring 2026:

• Wednesday, May 6, 2026
• Friday, May 8, 2026

These are the only guaranteed pickup dates at this time.

Can't be there on pickup day? You have two options:

Option 1 — Designate a Proxy Authorize someone you trust — a roommate or friend who will already be on campus — to bring your items to the curb on your behalf. Your proxy must be present at curbside at your scheduled pickup time with a valid photo ID. You can designate your proxy after purchasing your package here.

Option 2 — Room-to-Curb Service ($75) A Pack&Store team member will collect your fully packed and labeled items from your room and have them curbside on time.

To use this service, you must:

• Submit all packed-item photos at least 48 hours before pickup day
• Designate a room access contact (roommate or RA) who will be present on pickup day
• Ensure your access contact is reachable by phone during the pickup window

If your items are not ready or your room is not accessible when our team arrives, your items will be left behind and subject to dorm rules. No refunds will be issued.
